How many variable-data projects justify the expense
of a million-dollar digital press or high-speed copier?
For less than $2,000, we will provide you everything you need and teach you the skills to join the lucrative variable-data marketplace. With our workshop, you can share in the profits of this new opportunity for small- to mid-sized printshops. |

With Xdata/Indata, customize direct-mail projects using your customer’s invoicing records. Here, we have used the same data to personalize the address label.

We make variable-data projects feasible
Like most small- and mid-sized shops, your customers have likely been requesting variable-data projects from you for some time. Without the million-dollar investment in a new printing press, can you enter this lucrative market? Absolutely.
In our two-day, hands-on lab you will learn to use QuarkXPress and Xdata or InDesign and Indata to create a myriad of variable-data projects. We will prepare you to start offering variable-data services to your customers on the very day you return to work.
In our workshops, we introduce Xdata and Indata skills to intermediate and advanced users of QuarkXPress or InDesign. While these extensions are not suited for very large print jobs, they more than adequately create low-run print jobs such as price lists, directories, postcards, business cards, and more — all fully customized using the name, address, gender, balance due, or any other data that you have. Take a look at the samples we’ve included throughout these pages.
