PrintCapture transparently keeps track of the entire print history of a document. This is especially useful in departments which bill for color prints. PrintCapture indicates how many prints were made to which printer at what time and date. This running log is kept with the document in its folder, and can be viewed as a text document or imported into any database or spreadsheet software. This information is then added to a print log which can then be viewed with print track manager.
